Making a Routine Appointment:

Our system is designed to make it easy for you to see a Doctor. It enables you to see a Doctor on the same day that you request an appointment.

All you have to do is telephone on the day that you want to be seen. Our phone lines are open at the times shown above. There will be morning and afternoon appointments available on that day.

Pre-Booked Appointments:

You can pre-book an appointment if, for example, you have to make specific arrangements at work or with transport in order to come to the surgery.

We would ask that you only pre-book if you are unable to telephone on the day of your appointment so that the doctors are not overbooked weeks ahead and therefore will be able to see you on the day that you wish to be seen.

Cancelling an Appointment:

If you cannot keep your appointment with the Doctor or Nurse, please call the surgery number (see above) in good time. This enables us to offer your appointment to someone else.

If patients fail to cancel their appointment, this not only wastes valuable Doctor and Nursing time, but also means everyone waits longer to be seen.
