Home visits take four times longer than seeing the doctor in the surgery, so please only request one if it is absolutely necessary.

Please telephone the surgery before 10.00am when requesting a home visit. If you can give a brief explanation of the problem to the receptionist, it will help the doctor to assess the urgency of the situation.
